Mind/Body Programming


Many individuals are interested in integrating the mind/body aspects of physical activity and don't know where to start.  Our consultants can help by bringing focus and intention to your exercise sessions.



Fitness Programming Sessions


If you want to start your own fitness routine with or without an assessment (note: you will need a release from your doctor), we suggest these programming sessions.  These are not your typical face-to-face personal training sessions but learning sessions geared toward providing information about the components of fitness and how you can develop your own program.



Workout Review/Retool


If you have been doing a basic program for six months or longer and are looking to add more intensity to your workout, we suggest a retool session to accomplish the following:  offer alternatives to a basic program, introduce intermediate and/or advanced techniques, or provide analysis of exercise form.
